30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@lusspa.com.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer's corporate address listed on the website. Once your return is accepted, our support team will provide you with a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the precise return shipping address/label corresponding to your region's distribution hub. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Extended Warranty

Leyla Group, MB provides a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on pump mechanisms. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Leyla Group, MB or our authorized retail partners. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers, international parallel imports, or arbitrage listings are strictly excluded from this warranty.
